UCB Corporate Disclosure — 20 May 2025

The company has informed that, due to unavoidable circumstances, the following agendas of the 512th Board Meeting scheduled for May 19, 2025 have been withdrawn: 1. Consideration of the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended December 31, 2024; and 2. Consideration of the Un-audited Financial Statements for the First Quarter (Q1) ended March 31, 2025. The rescheduled date and time of the Board Meeting to consider the above agendas will be notified in due course.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, অনিবার্য পরিস্থিতির কারণে, ১৯ মে, ২০২৫ তারিখে নির্ধারিত ৫১২তম বোর্ড সভার নিম্নলিখিত এজেন্ডাগুলি প্রত্যাহার করা হয়েছে: ১. ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৪ তারিখে সমাপ্ত বছরের জন্য নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনা করা; এবং ২. ৩১ মার্চ, ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত প্রথম প্রান্তিকের (Q1) অ-নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনা করা। উপরোক্ত এজেন্ডাগুলি বিবেচনা করার জন্য বোর্ড সভার পুনঃনির্ধারিত তারিখ এবং সময় যথাসময়ে অবহিত করা হবে।
