UCB Corporate Disclosure — 1 June 2025

To further strengthen the Bank's core capital, the Board has approved the issuance of fresh shares to a strategic investor under the following terms- Proposed Capital to be Raised: Equivalent to 50% of the Bank's audited paid-up capital as of December 31, 2024 and Offer Price: To be determined through negotiation and disclosed in due course

ব্যাংকের মূল মূলধন আরও শক্তিশালী করার জন্য, বোর্ড নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীর অধীনে কৌশলগত বিনিয়োগকারীকে নতুন শেয়ার ইস্যু করার অনুমোদন দিয়েছে - প্রস্তাবিত মূলধন সংগ্রহ: ৩১ ডিসেম্বর, ২০২৪ তারিখে ব্যাংকের নিরীক্ষিত পরিশোধিত মূলধনের ৫০% এর সমতুল্য এবং অফার মূল্য: আলোচনার মাধ্যমে নির্ধারণ করা হবে এবং যথাসময়ে প্রকাশ করা হবে।
