UNILEVERCL Corporate Disclosure — 1 March 2022

(Continuation news of UNILEVERCL): Significant increase in NOCFPS has resulted from higher sales growth and lower payment for cost and expense in 2021 as well as higher inventory build-up in 2020 due to manufacturing model change which has been normalized in 2021. The interest received from investment in FDR has been classified under Net cash from investing activities from Net cash generated from operating activities in 2021 in line with IFRS 7. (cont. 3)
