(Continuation news of UNILEVERCL): Disclosure in regard to recommendation of Stock Dividend: a) Stock dividend has been recommended with the objective of potential utilization of the retained amount as capital for future BMRE (Balancing, Modernization, Rehabilitation and Expansion) b) Bonus Shares are declared out of the accumulated profit or retained earnings. c) Bonus shares are not declared from capital reserve or revaluation reserve or any unrealized gain or out of profit earned prior to (cont.2)
