UNILEVERCL Record Date Disclosure

The company has requested the Shareholders to update their BO ID's/Folio's information (if required) such as bank account number, routing number, e-mail address, mailing address, mobile number etc. before Record Date i.e., April 02, 2024. The company has also requested the concerned Merchant Bankers, Depository Participants, Stock Brokers and Portfolio Managers to send their Bank account name, number, routing number etc. (cont.)

কোম্পানি শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের অনুরোধ করেছে তাদের বিও আইডি/ফলিওর তথ্য (যদি প্রয়োজন হয়) যেমন ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর, রাউটিং নম্বর, ই-মেইল ঠিকানা, মেইলিং ঠিকানা, মোবাইল নম্বর ইত্যাদি রেকর্ডের তারিখের আগে, অর্থাৎ 02 এপ্রিল, 2024-এর আগে। কোম্পানিটি সংশ্লিষ্ট মার্চেন্ট ব্যাংকার, ডিপোজিটরি অংশগ্রহণকারী, স্টক ব্রোকার এবং পোর্টফোলিও ম্যানেজারদের তাদের ব্যাঙ্ক অ্যাকাউন্টের নাম, নম্বর, রাউটিং নম্বর ইত্যাদি পাঠাতে অনুরোধ করেছে (চলবে)
