(Q1 Audited): The Company has informed that they have approved first quarterly audited financial statements for issuance of unsecured subordinated Redeemable Non-convertible bonds for regulatory requirement. Consolidated NOCFS was Tk. 1.89 from January-March, 2017 and Consolidated NAV per Share was Tk. 17.60 as on March 31, 2017. Other figures remain unchanged as announced earlier in their Q1 Un-audited report (news disseminated on 08.05.2017).
