With reference to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on May 08, 2017 regarding issuance of unsecured Subordinated Redeemable Non-convertible Bonds, the Company has further informed that as per Rule 4 of the Securities and Exchange Commission (Private Placement of Debt Securities) Rules 2012, the Company, intending to issue debt securities shall have to make an application along with audited Financial Statements for consent to the Commission within 120 days of the end (cont.)
