UNIONCAP Corporate Disclosure — 30 June 2025

(Cont. news of UNIONCAP): the Consolidated NAV stands at BDT (63.09) per share which was BDT (63.02) as on 31 December 2024. NAV as of 31 March 2025 has been decreased from the 31 December 2024 due to incurring net loss after tax of about BDT 1.19 crore and the main reasons for this loss are i) decrease of net interest income; ii) reduce of income against Fees, commissions, exchange and brokerage and iii) decrease of other operating income. (UNIONCAP-এর চলমান সংবাদ): প্রতি শেয়ারের একীভূত NAV (63.09) টাকায় দাঁড়িয়েছে, যা 31 ডিসেম্বর 2024 তারিখে ছিল 63.02 টাকা। 31 মার্চ 2025 তারিখে NAV 31 ডিসেম্বর 2024 থেকে হ্রাস পেয়েছে, যার ফলে প্রায় 1.19 কোটি টাকা কর-পরবর্তী নেট ক্ষতি হয়েছে এবং এই ক্ষতির প্রধান কারণগুলি হল i) নেট সুদের আয় হ্রাস; ii) ফি, কমিশন, বিনিময় এবং ব্রোকারেজের বিপরীতে আয় হ্রাস এবং iii) অন্যান্য পরিচালন আয় হ্রাস। (শেষ)
