UNIONCAP Corporate Disclosure — 20 May 2026

News of UNIONCAP): During the period ended 31 December 2025, NAV has been decreased to BDT (65.49) from BDT (63.02) of previous year due to incurring net loss after tax of about BDT 42.50 crore and the main reasons for this loss are decrease of net interest income, investment income and income from Fees and commissions. (ইউনিয়নক্যাপের খবরের ধারাবাহিকতা): ৩১ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৫ তারিখে সমাপ্ত সময়ে, কর পরবর্তী প্রায় ৪২.৫০ কোটি টাকা নিট লোকসান হওয়ায় NAV পূর্ববর্তী বছরের (৬৩.০২) টাকা থেকে (৬৫.৪৯) টাকায় হ্রাস পেয়েছে এবং এই লোকসানের প্রধান কারণগুলো হলো নিট সুদ আয়, বিনিয়োগ আয় এবং ফি ও কমিশন থেকে আয় হ্রাস পাওয়া। (সমাপ্ত)
