UNIONCAP Earnings Update

(Cont. News of UNIONCAP): Reasons for deviation: Consolidated EPS for the half year ended on 30 June 2026 has been decreased from the same period of previous year due to: i) decreased interest income and reduced provision release resulting from lower recovery against non-performing loans; and ii) decreased recovery from written off loans. (ইউনিয়নক্যাপের খবরের ধারাবাহিকতা): বিচ্যুতির কারণ: ৩০ জুন ২০২৬ তারিখে সমাপ্ত অর্ধ বছরের জন্য সমন্বিত ইপিএস পূর্ববর্তী বছরের একই সময়ের তুলনায় হ্রাস পেয়েছে, যার কারণগুলো হলো: i) খেলাপি ঋণের বিপরীতে কম আদায়ের ফলে সুদ আয় হ্রাস এবং প্রভিশন বরাদ্দ কমে যাওয়া; এবং ii) অবলোপনকৃত ঋণ থেকে আদায় কমে যাওয়া। (ধারাবাহিক ২)
