UNIONCAP Corporate Disclosure — 22 July 2026

(Cont. News of UNIONCAP): NAV as of 30 June 2026 has been decreased from the 31 December 2025 due to: i) incurring net loss after tax of about BDT 36.59 crore and the main reasons for this loss are decrease of net interest income resulting from less recovery against non-performing loans; and ii) decreased recovery from written off loans. (ইউনিয়নক্যাপের খবরের ধারাবাহিকতা): ৩০ জুন ২০২৬ তারিখের NAV, ৩১ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৫ তারিখের তুলনায় নিম্নলিখিত কারণে হ্রাস পেয়েছে: i) কর পরবর্তী প্রায় ৩৬.৫৯ কোটি টাকার নীট লোকসান হওয়া, এবং এই লোকসানের প্রধান কারণগুলি হলো খেলাপি ঋণের বিপরীতে কম আদায়ের ফলে নীট সুদ আয়ের হ্রাস; এবং ii) অবলোপনকৃত ঋণ থেকে আদায় কমে যাওয়া। (সমাপ্ত)
