The auditor of Union Insurance Company Limited has given the "Qualified Opinion" and "Emphasis of Matters" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended December 31, 2022. "Basis for Qualified Opinion: 1. Gross general insurance premiums comprise the total premiums received for the whole period of cover provided by contracts entered into during the accounting period.
