(Continuation news of UNIQUEHRL): has remitted the Second & Third Closing money of USD 10,911,587.49 to the bank account of Unique Hotel & Resorts PLC on 27 March 2023 as consideration value (face value + premium + RJSC Stamp Duty). The remaining value of the 4th closing will be received upon satisfaction of the CPs as per agreement terms & conditions. (end)
