The company has informed the shareholders of the company that pursuant to the Schedule 1 of the SPA agreement, the company has completed the CPs of the fourth & final closing. Accordingly, Nebras Power Investment Management B.V has remitted the fourth & final Closing money of USD 3,542,144.47 to the company's bank account maintained with United Commercial Bank PLC as consideration value (face value + premium+ RJSC Stamp Duty).
