(Continuation news of UNIQUEHRL): Please note that, reference to the earlier PSI communicated regarding the execution of agreement with NEBRAS POWER INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT BV on sale of 14,641 (Fourteen Thousand Six Hundred and Forty-One) number of ordinary shares (Face value of the share is Tk.10 per share and the total value of Tk.146,410) which is 11.76% of its paid-up shares of SFL Unique Nebras Meghnaghat Power PLC (cont.2)

(UNIQUEHRL-এর ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): অনুগ্রহ করে মনে রাখবেন যে, NEBRAS POWER INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT BV-এর সাথে ১৪,৬৪১ (চৌদ্দ হাজার ছয়শত একচল্লিশ) সাধারণ শেয়ার (শেয়ারের অভিহিত মূল্য ১০ টাকা এবং মোট মূল্য ১৪৬,৪১০ টাকা) বিক্রয়ের চুক্তি সম্পাদনের বিষয়ে পূর্ববর্তী PSI-এর তথ্যসূত্র যা SFL Unique Nebras Meghnaghat Power PLC-এর পরিশোধিত শেয়ারের ১১.৭৬% (চলমান ২)।
