The company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company in its 229th meeting held on 30 October 2024 was apprised vide separate Board Resolutions of three (3) sponsors and ten (10) shareholding companies ("the Shareholders") that the Shareholders have resolved to sell their entire shareholding i.e., 65,327,877 shares in aggregate, held by them in United Finance Limited ("the Company"). কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ 30 অক্টোবর 2024 তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তার 229 তম সভায় তিনটি (3) স্পনসর এবং দশটি (10) শেয়ারহোল্ডিং কোম্পানির ("শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের") পৃথক বোর্ড রেজোলিউশনের মাধ্যমে অবহিত করা হয়েছিল যা শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের রয়েছে। ইউনাইটেড ফাইন্যান্স লিমিটেড ("কোম্পানি") এ তাদের সম্পূর্ণ শেয়ারহোল্ডিং অর্থাৎ মোট 65,327,877 শেয়ার বিক্রি করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। (চলবে)
