Referring to their earlier news disseminated on 29.04.2025, the company has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company approved the minutes by Circulating Resolution dated 02 June 2025 to conduct the forthcoming Annual General Meeting for the year ended on December 31, 2024 of United Finance PLC through digital platform instead of hybrid system in accordance with the approval of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission vide its letter dated June 01, 2025.
