UNITEDFIN Corporate Disclosure — 11 May 2026

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 31.03.2026, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors of the Company approved to conduct the forthcoming EGM of the company through a hybrid system at Conference Hall, Sir John Wilson School, United City, Satarkul, Dhaka 1212. The time of the EGM has been rescheduled to 4:00 p.m. instead of 11:00 a.m. However, the date of the EGM will remain unchanged i.e. 17 May 2026.

৩১.০৩.২০২৬ তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদ অনুসারে, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ঢাকা ১২১২, সাতারকুল, ইউনাইটেড সিটি, স্যার জন উইলসন স্কুলের কনফারেন্স হলে একটি হাইব্রিড পদ্ধতিতে কোম্পানির আসন্ন ইজিএম (বিশেষ সাধারণ সভা) আয়োজনের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। ইজিএম-এর সময় সকাল ১১:০০টার পরিবর্তে বিকাল ৪:০০টায় পুনঃনির্ধারণ করা হয়েছে। তবে, ইজিএম-এর তারিখ অপরিবর্তিত থাকবে, অর্থাৎ ১৭ মে ২০২৬।
