Refer to their earlier news disseminated on 28.02.2024 regarding dividend declaration, the company has further informed that the Board of Directors has decided to conduct the 39th AGM of United Insurance Company Ltd. by using Digital Platform through the link: https://agmbd.live/unitedinsurance2024 instead of Hybrid System scheduled to be held on Tuesday, April 30, 2024. All other declarations issued earlier will remain unchanged.
