UNITEDINS Corporate Disclosure — 31 October 2024

The company has informed that in compliance with the BSEC regulations, the Board of Directors of the Company, was informed vide separate board resolutions of seven (7) sponsor and director shareholders and three (3) public shareholders ("the Shareholders") that the Shareholders in their respective board meetings have resolved to sell their entire shareholding i.e., 23,690,950 shares, held by them in United Insurance Company Limited ("the Company"). কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে বিএসইসি প্রবিধান মেনে, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদকে সাতটি (7) স্পনসর এবং পরিচালক শেয়ারহোল্ডার এবং তিন (3) জন শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের ("শেয়ারহোল্ডারদের") পৃথক বোর্ড রেজুলেশনের মাধ্যমে জানানো হয়েছিল যে শেয়ারহোল্ডাররা তাদের নিজ নিজ বোর্ড মিটিংয়ে ইউনাইটেড ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানি লিমিটেড ("কোম্পানি") এ তাদের ধারণকৃত 23,690,950টি শেয়ার বিক্রি করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। (চলমান 1)
