The Company has informed that United Energy Ltd. (UEL), a subsidiary of United Power Generation & Distribution Company Ltd. (UPGDCL), has declared Interim Cash Dividend worth Tk. 750,00,00,000 (Seven Hundred Fifty Crore), based on the Un-Audited Financial Statements for the 3rd Quarter (January to March 2021) ended 31st March, 2021. UPGDCL being 99% owner of UEL, will get Tk. 742,50,00,000 (Seven Hundred Forty-Two Crore Fifty Lac) only as Interim Cash Dividend.
