With reference to their earlier news (Disseminated by DSE on July 28, 2016) regarding Revocation of Special resolution for approving amalgamation scheme, the Company has further informed that the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chamber of the Hon'ble Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh passed an Order on August 04, 2016; disposing the Civil Petition for leave to appeal no. 1572 of 2016 as prayed.
