(Continuation news of UPGDCL): 2. That the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Placed to the Board in order to acquire UAPL and SPGCL by UPGDCL be and is hereby approved. 3. That the acquisition will be executed using UPGDCLs own fund without issuing any further share. The Company has decided to take all necessary steps to achieve successful acquisition of the power companies within 90 days. (end.)
