The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has taken the following decisions: 1. That the Company (UPGDCL) has decided to enhance its capacity by acquiring United Ashuganj Power Ltd. (UAPL) -a 53 MW gas fired power plant and Shajahanullah Power Generation Co. Ltd. (SPGCL) a 28 MW gas fired power plant after completion of necessary formalities and approvals.(Cont.)
