(Continuation of news of UPGDCL - Q3): and basic EPS of Tk. 4.53 for the same period of the previous year. It is to be noted that the said EPS has been calculated based on weighted average Pre-IPO paid-up number of shares i.e. 296,949,726 shares for both periods. However, considering Post-IPO 329,949,726 number of shares, Companys basic EPS would be Tk. 5.33 for 9 months ended on 30 September 2014 (Jan 2014 - Sep 2014) and NAV per share would be Tk. 33.81 as on 30 September 2014.
