The Company has informed that United Anwara Power Ltd. (UAnPL), a subsidiary of United Power Generation & Distribution Company Ltd. (UPGDCL) having 300 MW capacity, has recommended 600% Final Cash Dividend equivalent to BDT 600.00 Crore only i.e. Taka 600 per shares at a Face Value of Tk. 10 each, based on audited Financial Statement for the year ended June 30, 2021. UPGDCL being 99% owner of UAnPL, accounted for BDT 594.00 Crore only of the Final Cash Dividend.
