UPGDCL Corporate Disclosure — 14 November 2022

(Continuation news of UPGDCL): BDT 3,949,464,742 (for the period January 2018 to June 2022) and BDT 2,486,826,134 (for the period May 2018 to July 2022) respectively based on a directive dated 2 January 2018 from the Energy and Mineral Resources Division of the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources. After several stages of legal proceedings, where the judgements did not go in favour of the Group, the Group has filed two Civil Review Petitions which are still pending for (cont.2)
