(Continuation news of UPGDCL): hearing before the Honourable Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh as of the date of this report. Pending final outcome of the Court proceedings, management has concluded that a significant uncertainty exists in order to enable any reliable estimation of a potential obligation and no provision for these claims has been made in the accompanying consolidated financial statements.
