UPGDCL Corporate Disclosure — 29 October 2023

(Continuation news of UPGDCL): Consolidated Net Operating Cash Flows per Share increased as a result of higher collection from our customers during the reporting period (July 2022 to June 30, 2023) compared to same period last year. The company has also informed that no dividend has been declared out of the capital reserve account or the revaluation reserve (cont.3)
