(Cont. news of UPGDCL): Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) issued license to the Company as Independent Power Producer (IPP) under the Policy Guidelines for enhancement of Private Participation in the Power Sector, 2008 (Policy 2008). Gas Supply Agreement (GSA) were signed with Titas Gas Transmission & Distribution Company Ltd. and Karnaphuli Gas Distribution Company Ltd., and, Clause 3.5 of each GSA provides that the gas price to be paid by the Company shall be (cont.2)

(UPGDCL-এর চলমান সংবাদ): বাংলাদেশ জ্বালানি নিয়ন্ত্রণ কমিশন (BERC) বিদ্যুৎ খাতে বেসরকারি অংশগ্রহণ বৃদ্ধির নীতি নির্দেশিকা, ২০০৮ (নীতি ২০০৮) এর অধীনে কোম্পানিটিকে স্বাধীন বিদ্যুৎ উৎপাদনকারী (IPP) হিসেবে লাইসেন্স প্রদান করেছে। তিতাস গ্যাস ট্রান্সমিশন অ্যান্ড ডিস্ট্রিবিউশন কোম্পানি লিমিটেড এবং কর্ণফুলী গ্যাস ডিস্ট্রিবিউশন কোম্পানি লিমিটেডের সাথে গ্যাস সরবরাহ চুক্তি (GSA) স্বাক্ষরিত হয়েছে এবং প্রতিটি GSA-এর ধারা ৩.৫ অনুসারে কোম্পানি কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত গ্যাসের মূল্য হবে (অবিলম্বে ২)
