Basis for Qualified Opinion: 1. Material uncertainty relating to Going Concern: Designed production capacity of Furnace-1 & 2 of "Usmania Glass Sheet Factory Limited" was 20,100,000 sft (2mm basis) in which Furnace-1 is 6,700,000 sft (2 mm basis) & Furnace-2 is 13,400,000 sft (2mm basis).
