The Board of Directors has recommended 10% cash and 25% stock dividend for the year ended on December 31, 2019.The Board has also decided to increase Authorized Capital from Tk. 600.00 crore to Tk. 1000.00 crore by amending relevant Clause (s) of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company, subject to the approval of the shareholders in the EGM and obtaining permission from the Regulatory Authorities.
