The Company has informed that it has credited the Bonus shares for the year ended on December 31, 2018 to the respective shareholders' BO Accounts on June 18, 2019. The cash dividend and sale proceeds of fraction shares will be distributed in due time. The Company also requests the shareholders to update their BO A/c, along with Bank A/c number immediately in order to credit their Bonus Shares and cash dividend.
