The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of bank's property measuring 33.30 decimals land located at 22, J. C. Guha Road, Mymensingh acquired by the Government under the Acquisition and Requisition of Immovable Property Act, 2017. Bank has received the total acquisition value of BDT 24,58,80,857.41 only against its book value of BDT 70,00,000.00 only.
