UTTARABANK Corporate Disclosure — 10 October 2022

The Company has informed that the Board of Directors has decided to hold an EGM to take the following resolutions: a) to change the name of the Company as Uttara Bank PLC instead of Uttara Bank Limited; b) to increase the Authorised Capital of the Company from the existing BDT 1000.00 crore to BDT 1500.00 crore divided into 150,00,00,000 ordinary shares of BDT 10.00 each and c) to amend the relevant clause(s) of the Memorandum and Articles of Association of (cont.)
