UTTARAFIN Corporate Disclosure — 14 October 2026

News of UTTARAFIN): In order to ascertain the current market value of the properties, UFIL has decided to conduct professional valuation of the said properties through qualified and reputed valuation firms enlisted with Bangladesh Bank. The valuation process will be undertaken with a view to determining the current market value of the aforesaid UFIL-owned properties. (cont.2)

(উত্তরাফিনের সংবাদের ধারাবাহিকতা): সম্পত্তিগুলোর বর্তমান বাজারমূল্য নিরূপণের লক্ষ্যে, ইউফিল বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংকের তালিকাভুক্ত যোগ্য ও স্বনামধন্য মূল্যায়নকারী প্রতিষ্ঠানের মাধ্যমে উক্ত সম্পত্তিগুলোর পেশাদারী মূল্যায়ন করার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে। ইউফিলের মালিকানাধীন উল্লিখিত সম্পত্তিগুলোর বর্তমান বাজারমূল্য নির্ধারণের উদ্দেশ্যে এই মূল্যায়ন প্রক্রিয়াটি সম্পন্ন করা হবে। (ধারাবাহিক ২)
