(Cont. news of VAMLBDMF1): after considering the interest of the Unitholders for conversion of the above mentioned fund from close end to open end subject to regulatory approval, if any. In view of the above the Trustee Board would also like to confirm that the Trade Suspension date will be 22-10-25 and the Effective date will be 23-10-25. (end)
