VAMLBDMF1 Record Date Disclosure

Refer to the earlier news disseminated by DSE on 22.09.2025 regarding Record Date for Unitholders' Meeting, the Trustee of the Fund has further informed that a meeting of the Unitholders of Vanguard AML BD Finance Mutual Fund One was held at 11:00 a.m. on October 29, 2025 wherein 60 numbers of Unitholders were present out of 1021. The Trustee requested to the Unitholders to vote by ballot and the ballot papers were handed over to the Unitholders who were present in the Meeting. (cont.1)

ইউনিটহোল্ডারদের সভার রেকর্ড ডেট সম্পর্কে ২২.০৯.২০২৫ তারিখে ডিএসই কর্তৃক প্রচারিত পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদটি দেখুন, তহবিলের ট্রাস্টি আরও জানিয়েছেন যে ভ্যানগার্ড এএমএল বিডি ফাইন্যান্স মিউচুয়াল ফান্ড ওয়ানের ইউনিটহোল্ডারদের একটি সভা ২৯ অক্টোবর, ২০২৫ তারিখে সকাল ১১:০০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হয়েছিল যেখানে ১০২১ জন ইউনিটহোল্ডারের মধ্যে ৬০ জন উপস্থিত ছিলেন। ট্রাস্টি ইউনিটহোল্ডারদের ব্যালটের মাধ্যমে ভোট দেওয়ার জন্য অনুরোধ করেছিলেন এবং সভায় উপস্থিত ইউনিটহোল্ডারদের কাছে ব্যালট পেপারগুলি হস্তান্তর করা হয়েছিল। (অবিলম্বে ১)
