(Cont. News of VAMLBDMF1): The Chairman of the Meeting Mr. Ahmed Saifuddin Chowdhury, representing Bangladesh General Insurance Co. PLC as Trustee, declared that the majority of unit holders decision is "No Conversion" of the Fund where more than three fourth of the majority of the Unitholders did not vote in favour of conversion as per Rule 50(ga) of Securities and Exchange Commission (Mutual Fund) Bidhimala, 2001.
