(Continuation news of VFSTDL): Record Date for EGM & AGM: 19.11.2019. The Company has also reported EPS of Tk. 2.15, NAV per share of Tk. 18.68 and NOCFPS of Tk. 0.40 for the year ended on June 30, 2019 as against Tk. 2.01, Tk. 22.18 and Tk. 2.77 respectively for the same period of the previous year. The Company also informed that i) Retained amount of bonus shares is to be used as Capital for further investment. ii) Bonus shares is declared out of accumulated profit. (cont.2)
