The auditor of the VFS Thread Dyeing Limited has given the "Emphasis of matter" paragraphs in the Auditor's Report for the year ended 30 June, 2022. Emphasis of matter: The volume of inventories is high in comparison to purchase, production capacity, cost of goods sold and turnover as a whole. However, technical status report as on 30 June, 2022 on the quantity, quality and value of inventories has been provided to us done by the management. (Cont.1)
