(Continuation news of WALTONHIL): Pre-IPO Net Asset Value (NAV) per share (considering Pre-IPO paid up shares) would be Tk. 266.38 as on 31 march 2020 and the same would be Tk. 267.01 (considering Post-IPO paid up shares). Pre-IPO paid-up number of shares for 3 (three) months (January-March 2020) and 9 (nine) months (July 2019-March 2020) period ended on 31 march 2020 was 300,000,000 which was same for the same period of the previous year and Post-IPO paid-up number of shares would be 302,928,343.
