Referring to the BSEC letter No. BSEC/SRMIC/160-2020/Part-I/140 dated May 25, 2023 and BSEC/SRMIC/160-2020(Part-I)/200 dated May 22, 2022, S. M. Ashraful Alam, one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company, has expressed his intention to sell 25,000 shares out of his holding 6,58,81,643 shares of the company at prevailing market price (in the Block Market) through Dhaka Stock Exchange Limited within next 30 working days.
