Please refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 14.01.2024 and 30.04.2024 regarding sale declarations of Mr. S. M. Ashraful Alam who is one of the Sponsor Directors of the Company. In this connection, the company has informed that Mr. S.M. Ashraful Alam has executed the declarations by selling 56,109 shares through the trading system of the Exchange and transferring 193,891 shares to his son Mr. Shahriar Alam Shuvo, by way of gift, outside the trading system of the Exchange.
