Monjurul Alam Ovee, a Director of the company, has completed his transfer of total 12,000,000 shares of the company comprising 6,857,142 shares to his father Mr. S.M. Nurul Alam Rezvi (a sponsor director of the company) and 5,142,858 shares to his mother Ms. Sultana Parven Lucky (general shareholder of the company) by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as per news disseminated by DSE on 26.09.2024.
