The company has informed that it has reached a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Monik Trading Private Limited, a corporation/company duly incorporated under the Companies Act/relevant laws and having its Head office at NO 371 Passara Road, Viharagoda, Badulla, Post Code: 9000, Sri Lanka. The purpose of the MOU is to establish a cooperative and mutually beneficial relationship between the Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC. (cont.)
