WALTONHIL Corporate Disclosure — 28 April 2025

(Cont. news of WALTONHIL): have increased material cost drastically and higher inflation rate has been impacted on company's operating cost. However, considering the increase of sales price based on its cost, company has achieved net revenue growth at 7.28% compared to the comparative period. In addition, VAT on supply of Refrigerator products has been increased to 7.5% from 5.0% and VAT on supply of Air Conditioner Products has been imposed at 7.5% as per Finance Act 2024. (cont.3)

(ওয়ালটনহিলের চলমান সংবাদ): উপকরণের ব্যয় মারাত্মকভাবে বৃদ্ধি পেয়েছে এবং উচ্চ মুদ্রাস্ফীতির হার কোম্পানির পরিচালন ব্যয়ের উপর প্রভাব ফেলেছে। তবে, ব্যয়ের উপর ভিত্তি করে বিক্রয় মূল্য বৃদ্ধি বিবেচনা করে, কোম্পানি তুলনামূলক সময়ের তুলনায় ৭.২৮% হারে নিট রাজস্ব বৃদ্ধি অর্জন করেছে। এছাড়াও, রেফ্রিজারেটর পণ্য সরবরাহের উপর ভ্যাট ৫.০% থেকে বাড়িয়ে ৭.৫% করা হয়েছে এবং এয়ার কন্ডিশনার পণ্য সরবরাহের উপর ভ্যাট ৭.৫% আরোপ করা হয়েছে অর্থ আইন ২০২৪ অনুসারে। (চলমান ৩)
