WALTONHIL AGM Disclosure

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 04.09.2025 regarding dividend declaration,the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on 29th September 2025 has decided to hold the 19th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company through a Hybrid System, combining Physical Presence (Venue: Kurmitola Golf Club, Dhaka Cantonment, Dhaka-1206) and using Digital Platform on Tuesday, 28 October 2025, at 11:00 A.M. instead of earlier decision of holding the AGM through Digital Platform.

ডিএসই কর্তৃক ০৪.০৯.২০২৫ তারিখে লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা সংক্রান্ত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদ দেখুন, কোম্পানির পরিচালনা পর্ষদ ২৯শে সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২৫ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিত তাদের সভায় কোম্পানির ১৯তম বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা (এজিএম) একটি হাইব্রিড সিস্টেমের মাধ্যমে (স্থান: কুর্মিটোলা গলফ ক্লাব, ঢাকা ক্যান্টনমেন্ট, ঢাকা-১২০৬) এবং ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্ম ব্যবহার করে ডিজিটাল প্ল্যাটফর্মের মাধ্যমে বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা আয়োজনের পূর্বের সিদ্ধান্তের পরিবর্তে মঙ্গলবার, ২৮ অক্টোবর ২০২৫ তারিখে সকাল ১১:০০ টায় অনুষ্ঠিত হওয়ার সিদ্ধান্ত নিয়েছে।
