(Cont. news of WALTONHIL): of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh (Company Matter No. 318 of 2026) issued specific directions regarding the procedural requirements for the proposed merger. In compliance with the directions, the Board of Directors of Walton Hi-Tech Industries PLC., during its 50th Meeting held on 11 April 2026, has finalized the schedule for the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to seek Members approval and Creditor's Meeting for the approval of the Creditors.
