WALTONHIL Corporate Disclosure — 30 August 2026

(Continuation news of WALTONHIL): Net Operating Cash Flows Per Share (NOCFPS) of the Company increased to Tk. 63.72 for the Financial Year ended 30 June 2026, compared to Tk. 52.91 for the corresponding period of the previous year. This significant improvement in NOCFPS of the Company is primarily driven by an increase of Tk. 694.36 Crore (8.84%) in collections from customers and a 2.31% reduction in payments to suppliers during the Financial Year 2025-2026. (ওয়ালটনহিলের ধারাবাহিক সংবাদ): ৩০ জুন ২০২৬ তারিখে সমাপ্ত অর্থবর্ষে কোম্পানির শেয়ার প্রতি নিট পরিচালন নগদ প্রবাহ (NOCFPS) পূর্ববর্তী বছরের একই সময়ের ৫২.৯১ টাকার তুলনায় বৃদ্ধি পেয়ে ৬৩.৭২ টাকায় দাঁড়িয়েছে। ২০২৫-২০২৬ অর্থবর্ষে গ্রাহকদের কাছ থেকে আদায় ৬৯৪.৩৬ কোটি টাকা (৮.৮৪%) বৃদ্ধি এবং সরবরাহকারীদের পরিশোধ ২.৩১% হ্রাস পাওয়ায় কোম্পানির NOCFPS-এর এই উল্লেখযোগ্য উন্নতি ঘটেছে। (চলবে ৪)
